Sale conditions establish a legally binding agreement between the client (you) and Mooose (us), protecting the rights of all involved parties in the transaction. The characteristics of this agreement are described in this document, and you are therefore responsible for reading them before making any payment.
When you place an order on mooosebrand.com you accept the prices, descriptions, specifications and general sale conditions concerning the product you are buying. In order to complete the purchase process, we need you to provide us with real, valid details (e-mail, postal address and other necessary information) in order to process your order and contact you if necessary. If any of these conditions are not met during the process, we will be unable to process your order properly.
When making payment, you guarantee you are fully authorized to use the credit or debit card you used via the payment gateway.
We may have to confirm some details in the purchase process. In these cases we will contact you to clarify any unclear details.

If you require an invoice, please contact us at the same e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your order number so that we can locate it easily and send the relevant invoice.

Orders are subject to availability of the product. If there are any difficulties in supplying the product or if there are no articles in stock, we will let you know when they become available if you wish, and also the possibility of purchasing an item with similar characteristics.
If there is an error on our website and an order is placed for items that are not in stock, if you do not want a substitute product or wait for new stock of the requested product to arrive, we will refund the full amount you have paid.
We promise to deliver the products in perfect conditions at the address you provided in your order. You will be able to track shipment via the courier’s website using the tracking number we will send you by e-mail. We reserve the right to withdraw or change any of our products in the catalogue on our website at any time, or the contents referring to them, without prior notice.
The prices of each product are published on the website along with the other information about them. The shipping costs are shown during checkout in the “shopping cart” section. The default value shown in this process is approximate, the final value will be displayed once you have entered the shipping address. In this case you will still be able to choose or company or other option depending on how fast you require shipping, and the price will change accordingly.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products, but for returns or changes, we will charge or refund the price published at the time the purchase was made.
Payment for orders can be made in the following ways: Bank transfer, Paypal and credit or debit card through the Paypal or Stripe payment gateways.
We reserve the right to modify, add or delete payment methods, without this entitling users to claim for this reason. If you would like to buy a product from our shop and can’t find the payment method you want, please let us know by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to find a solution.
Charges to payment cards are in real time via our payment gateway, once the authenticity of the details have been checked by the relevant finance entity. We are not responsible for any entities not authorising payment through your credit or debit cards.
Likewise, we reserve the right to take any measures deemed appropriate, including cancellation of orders, charging any additional surcharges or blocking any users in the event of observing suspicious activity or fraud.
Payment by bank transfer may be carried out through any banking entity to any banking entity or by deposit in the ING Direct account that we will send with confirmation of your order. This process takes longer and depends on the different banks. If there is any problem with this process, we reserve the right to cancel the order until payment is confirmed.
You may return a Mooose product if it has a manufacturing defect within the 15 days following reception of the shipment.
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, approving the amended text of the General Consumer and User Defence Act, we will be responsible for manufacturing defects that arise within the two years after delivery of the product, requesting repair, if this is possible, or immediate replacement.
Excluded from our guarantee are any defects or deterioration caused by external factors (accidents, wear and tear, misuse, undue manipulation of the product), and any products whose original shape has been manipulated, altered or repaired by the client or third parties not authorised by us. Our guarantee will only cover manufacturing defects.
